Explaining what is the NDA and why it has to be accepted before accessing the RfQ
An NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) can be set by customers for their RfQ's or Spots as they might be sharing confidential content.
Therefore you need to confirm the NDA before you can access the RfQ including the rate sheet(s) and any further details.
If you have are opening a new RfQ the NDA will be shown automatically if available. To accept it please click on the "Confirm" button in the right bottom corner once you have carefully reviewed it.
If you do not agree with the NDA please kindly decline the participation to the RfQ by clicking on the "Decline" button in the left bottom corner. Please kindly add a comment for the shipper so they are aware that you are not participating due not agreeing with the NDA.
