How to update notification settings

This is explaining how to update the notification settings and how to assign specific contacts to one of your customers

You can set-up which contacts are receiving emails from SHIPSTA for your linked customers.​

By default all your contacts mentioned in "Procurement" are receiving all notification emails from your customers. 

All contacts mentioned in "Key Contacts" are receiving any linking request by default.

The default settings can be updated by selecting the default setting and then clicking on "Edit"

 

 

To set-up specific settings for your customers  go to “Customers” and click on “Notification Settings”​

 

 

 

Click on “New” and “Create” to create a new notification setting.​

A window will pop-up where you can select the customer from a drop down list the new setting should apply for.​

Select if all users should be notified or if only selected users.​

If only selected users shall be notified select them from a dropdown list and press “Save”.​

Note: You can edit or delete your notification settings by clicking on them and then clicking on either “Edit” or “Delete”.
