Explaining how to fill the rate sheet with your data.
Please find some general rules below on how to work with the rate sheet:
- Do not modify the Rate Structure, or shuffle columns and rows around.
- No entry should be made in the grey cells. These are "read only" and only for your information
- Yellow cells are mandatory fields. An entry will be required in those fields otherwise the system will mark this as error.
- White cells are optional fields. You are not required to add any information in those fields but you are free to do so.
- Please pay attention to the tender instructions as the customer might have given customer specific validation rules
- Columns can contain additional comments to clarify what is required. Put your mouse cursor over the excel column header to see the comments.
Important: The IDs in the first column must be matching with the ones in the downloaded rate sheet. Otherwise the system will not recognize the document as a rate sheet.
