How to contact the relevant customer contact in the supplier portal

With the new Messaging in the supplier portal you will be able to easily connect to your customer. 

To start a conversation click on your messaging module in the left menu bar. Go to contacts and search for the relevant customer contact. Click on the contact and start chatting.

 

If you have questions for an ongoing RfQ or Spot go to the "Request" tab in Messaging and click on the relevant RfQ name. Then click on "Click here to start 1:1 conversation with the shipper".
