Access feedback on my offer
The shippers have the option to provide a feedback on your quotation either during the RfQ or after the RfQ has ended.
If a feedback is available you will receive a notification via email.
Go to the RfQ overview to check the available feedback. You will see the "Feedback Available" flag for the RfQ's where you have received a feedback.
To access click on the RfQ to open the detail overview and click on "Download" in the feedback section to download the file with the feedback you have received.
