Where to accept a customer invitation in the supplier portal.
Whenever a customer sends a request to link with you, a notification e-mail will be sent.
Alternatively, you can access open invitations via the "Customers" menu.
Click on 'Pending Invitations' to see all open invitations.
Click on the customer name and click the button 'Accept Invitation' to accept the customer invitation.
You will now be able to receive RfQs from this customer.
