Decline to participate on RfQ/ Spot
If you do not want to participate in the RfQ or Spot you have been invited to go to the detail page of the relevant RfQ. Then press the "Decline" button on the left bottom corner.
A new window will pop up where you can send a message to the shipper explaining why you decline to participate. Please note that the message is optional.
To confirm that you are declining press the "Decline" button and the RfQ will be moved to status "Declined".
